1. Principles:
A domain name chosen for registration by an organization or individual must not contain phrases that harm national interests or that conflict with social morality or national customs and traditions; it must be appropriately serious, so as to avoid misunderstanding or distortion arising from Vietnamese homonyms, multiple meanings, or the omission of diacritics — point 2.2(a), clause 2, section II of Circular 24/2015/TT-BTTTT on the management and use of internet resources, issued by the Ministry of Information and Communications (replacing Circular 09/2008/TT-BTTTT of 24 December 2009 of the Ministry of Information and Communications guiding the management and use of internet resources).
Comply with all ICANN rules on registering and using international domain names. Registrants should review the rights and obligations ICANN sets out on the ICANN website, under:Rights and responsibilities of international domain registrants
2. The registrant's responsibilities:
Registrants are fully responsible under the law for the purpose for which a domain name is used and for the accuracy of the information they provide, and must ensure that registration and use of the domain comply with the rules and do not infringe the lawful rights and interests of other organizations or individuals.
The domain registrant is responsible for managing and maintaining the right of usedomainand is responsible in any case of a violation arising from the use of its domain names caused by lax management.
The registrant of a domain name is obliged to manage and monitor information on the operational status and the validity period of the domains it has registered. In every case, a domain for which the maintenance fee is not paid when due is automatically suspended and reclaimed in accordance with the regulations.
The registrant must complete the domain registration declaration form as required by the domain distributor HiTechCloud. If the distributor has not received the declaration, the right to use the domain will be temporarily suspended until the registrant submits a complete declaration.
3. Changing domain information: set out in point 7.2, clause 7, section II of Circular 09/2008/TT-BTTTT (Thông tư 09/2008/TT-BTTTT)
If an agency, organization or individual changes its name or its contact information, such as contact address, telephone, fax, email or ID card, it must notify HiTechCloud in writing immediately so that the information remains accurate. HiTechCloud cannot and will not accept legal liability or provide compensation for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.
4. Pay new registration and renewal fees:
A newly registered domain name must have its registration fee (charged once only) and maintenance fee paid in fulldomain(charged annually, minimum 1 year, with multi-year payment encouraged) at the time of application. Until the fees and charges are paid in full, the domain name will not be registered.
Registrants must actively monitor the status and expiry dates of their registered domain names, and must complete the domain renewal contract and pay the maintenance fee at least 10 days before the domain expires. The maintenance fee can be paid for several years at once or year by year.
When paying the maintenance fee, the domain name registrant must provide complete information on: the name of the domain name registrant, and payment of the fee for thosedomaindomain, the number of years of maintenance for each domain, and comply with the payment rules we set out in the HiTechCloud payment guide. HiTechCloud cannot and will not be legally liable or pay compensation for any loss or damage arising because the registrantdomaindoes not comply with this payment rule.

5. Domain disputes:
All disputes concerning international domain names are handled in accordance with the rules of the top-level domain governing body (ICANN).
6. Registrar transfer regulations:
All domains registered at HiTechCloud may be transferred to another registrar.
For Vietnamese domains, an official request letter to change registrar is required under VNNIC rules.
