Does the HI-TECH CLOUD VPS service include server management?
All HI-TECH CLOUD VPS services are unmanaged, so HI-TECH CLOUD does not administer your Cloud Server. We will, however, install optional software from our supported list and migrate your data free of charge.u003cbru003eHI-TECH CLOUD also offers a separate fully managed server service at a reasonable monthly cost. Our professional server management service lets customers run and operate their VPS or server effectively and securely without in-house IT staff.
Does HI-TECH CLOUD help with installation and data migration?
HI-TECH CLOUD will help you install a control panel on your Cloud Server and migrate your website when you first start using the service. Right after ordering, send a ticket to the technical team and they will assist you free of charge. Note that HI-TECH CLOUD services are unmanaged: you are responsible for monitoring your server and safeguarding your data.
Can I upgrade to a larger VPS plan without losing data?
