For live view, vCloudcam is supported across all interfaces, including Web, Desktop, and Mobile — with the Desktop interface supporting up to 100 simultaneous live-view cameras.

What is a vBox device?

vBox is essentially a mini PC device developed by VNG Cloud's software engineering team. It routes data from the camera to the cloud and caches (temporarily stores) video data when the internet connection drops. It can also encrypt camera data before uploading it to the cloud, if the customer requires.

When using vCloudcam, do I need to buy new surveillance cameras? What do vBox and AI integration cost?

Businesses can make use of their existing security camera equipment:
With vBox: the Customer can choose a physical vBox or run without one (Virtual vBox). One vBox can connect between 5 and 50 surveillance cameras, depending on camera resolution and the vBox configuration the customer uses.
For the AI service: customers can choose a camera with AI built in, or AI-on-cloud. vCloudcam currently offers these services from 600,000 VND per camera per month.

What makes vCloudcam's administrative permissions stand out?

Permissions are based on three user levels: Super Admin, Admin and Operator.
