WordPress Hosting Service Terms

PART I – FEATURES AND OPTIMIZATION

Article 1. The dedicated WordPress Hosting service

1.1. WordPress Hosting is a hosting service fully optimized for the WordPress platform. It differs from ordinary shared hosting in that the server configuration, cache layer, security hardening and support processes are all designed specifically for WordPress.

1.2. Specific technical optimizations:

(a) PHP-FPM with OPcache tuned for WordPress (memory_limit 512 MB, max_execution_time 300s);

(b) LiteSpeed Web Server with the LSCache plugin for WordPress (6–10 times faster than Apache);

(c) Redis Object Cache included (reduces database load by 70–90%);

(d) WordPress-specific WAF rules (blocking xmlrpc.php attacks, wp-login brute force, plugin exploits);

(e) Automatic WordPress core updates (important security releases);

(f) Integrated staging environment (Business+ plans) — an isolated test environment.

Article 2. WordPress hosting plans

– WordPress Hosting plans are published on two websites, hitechcloud.vn and my.hitechcloud.vn

(c) Enterprise migration: multiple websites, custom databases, complex cron jobs — quoted individually.

4.2. Migration process:

– Step 1: The customer supplies access details for the old hosting (cPanel/FTP/SSH);

– Step 2: HiTechCloud reviews and plans the migration (with no downtime);

– Step 3: Clone the website to the new hosting and verify all functionality;

– Step 4: The customer reviews and confirms;

– Step 5: Update DNS and complete the migration.
