This policy is designed so that customers take full ownership of the website source code that has been developed, with installation support and a warranty to keep the website running reliably.

With a clear handover process and a dedicated support policy, we aim to give customers an excellent service experience that meets their needs for using and managing their website effectively.

2. Handover process

2.1. Receiving requests:The customer submits a handover request by emailhitechsite@photuesoftware.com or contact our hotline at +84 8659 20041

2.2. Processing time:1 business dayfrom the time we receive complete information and instructions from the customer.

2.3. Handover information includes

  • Website source code:
    • Database: Database.
    • Source code: Source code files, in .ZIP format.
  • Source code storage handover tool:The website source code download link (valid for 30 days).

3. Post-handover support policy

3.1. Installation support

  • We support1 free website installationon hosting designated by the customer, provided the hosting has suitable administration tools such as:Plesk, cPanel, aaPanel, or equivalent.
  • After the first installation, if the customer needs the website reinstalled, we will assist for a fee of500,000 VND/time.

3.2. Technical warranty

  • The website is under warranty for1 yearfrom the date the website service is activated.
  • During the warranty period we undertake to fix technical defects arising from source code supplied by HITECHSITE.
  • Technical warranty follows the published policy for the Website Care service plan
  • To make the support process straightforward, please provide:hosting accountwith suitable management tools such as:Plesk, cPanel, aaPanel, or equivalent.
  • The hosting account must have full access rights to perform installation, troubleshooting or system maintenance.

Note:If the customer does not provide a hosting account, or the account does not meet the required conditions, the processing time or the scope of support may be affected.

3.3. Disclaimer policy

  • We do not provide warranty or support for source code-related requests after handover in the following cases:
    • The source code has been modified by a third party.
    • Install additional plugins or change the theme.
    • Insert additional code or edit the source.

3.4. Terms on source code modification and development

Where the customer asks HITECHSITE to carry out work that touches the source code, including but not limited to:

  • Editing source code.
  • Insert additional code.
  • Changing the interface.
  • Develop additional features.
  • Install or integrate plugins.

We will take the request, review it and quote a price appropriate to each specific requirement.

  • Response time:Within1 business dayfrom receipt of the customer's detailed request.
  • Timeline:This will be agreed and set out in the quotation once both parties have reached agreement.

Note:Any change or intervention in the source code is carried out to technical standards in order to preserve the stability and security of the website.
