Abuse handling process:
Step 1:
When we receive abuse reports at report@photuesoftware.com, we respond within 24 hours to confirm that we have received the user's abuse report.
Step 2:
We will review the abuse report and examine the evidence the reporter has supplied in order to establish whether the report is accurate. If anything is unclear, we will come back to the reporter to discuss it.
Step 3:
After verifying the information, if the violations reported are confirmed, we will contact the domain or web hosting owner and require them to remove the content and address the violation. If the party disputes the abuse report, we will act as an intermediary between the two sides and make the most appropriate decision on a case-by-case basis.
Step 4:
Once a decision has been made and the violation has been handled, we report the outcome to the person who submitted the report.
Step 5:
Keep a record of the case for future reference.
