Domains 6%+ Applies to new registrations and renewals of international and Vietnamese domains.

Can an individual register as a HiTechCloud reseller?

Yes. The program is open to both individuals and organizations. For the reseller contract and the related invoicing procedures, the sales team will guide you through the paperwork appropriate to each case.

Is there a minimum sales requirement to get started?

The entry discount level applies as soon as the reseller agreement takes effect. Higher discount levels are tied to cumulative volume and partnership tier, and are agreed specifically during contracting.

Can resellers set their own prices for customers?

Yes. Partners set their own retail prices, service bundles and promotions for their own customer base, working from the agreed reseller pricing.

How do reseller customers receive technical support?

The HiTechCloud technical team provides 24/7 support for services distributed by resellers. Depending on the partnership model, support may be delivered directly to the end customer or through the reseller.

What can you do in the reseller portal?

Partners can order and renew services, manage their customer list, track orders, check outstanding balances and reconcile transactions in a single system.

How long does it take to process a registration?

Once the registration form is received, the sales team will get in touch to discuss the details. The time needed to complete signing and activate the account depends on the form of cooperation and on each partner's documentation.
