PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF THIS USER AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE HITECH SITE WEBSITE.

This Terms of Service agreement (the “Agreement”) governs users who access and use the HITECH SITE websites (the “Service”), a service owned by Công ty Cổ Phần Giải Pháp Công Nghệ và Phần Mềm Phổ Tuệ (together, “HITECH SITE”), located at www.hitechcloud.vn and www.hitechcoder.com.vn (the “Website”). By accessing or using the Service on our Website, you agree to the contents of this Agreement and enter into a legally binding transaction with Công ty Cổ Phần Giải Pháp Công Nghệ và Phần Mềm Phổ Tuệ.

HITECH SITE may amend or change the terms of this Agreement at any time by publishing the updated version on the website, effective from the date of the update. If any part of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that part will be interpreted in a manner consistent with applicable law so as to reflect as closely as possible the original intentions of the parties, and the remaining parts will continue in full force and effect.

Such changes may or may not be specifically notified to you, so you should read this Agreement each time you access the Website. Your continued use of the Service will be understood as your acceptance of these changes. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you must stop using HITECH SITE's websites and services.

ARTICLE 1. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

The service HITECH SITE provides comprises online web development tools and web applications hosted and operated by HITECH SITE, allowing you to create and publish websites. These are referred to below as the “HITECH SITE web applications”.

Users / customers of the HITECH SITE website and web application are referred to as “you”. The Service also includes web hosting for other websites you create through the Website.

Article 2. User rules and user licensing

2.1 – To use the Service, the User must agree to and comply with the Terms set out in this Agreement and the regulations of the service providers HITECH SITE partners with. The User is solely responsible for their legal capacity when registering an account and using the Service, and undertakes to be at least 13 years of age.

2.2 – You are granted a license to access and use the HITECH SITE web application and to operate websites hosted by HITECH SITE (“Member Websites”). HITECH SITE has no obligation to approve or control any content you install or operate; you are solely responsible for your own use of the Service.

2.3 – You directly manage and maintain your right to use your services, and you bear sole responsibility for any consequences arising if you breach the service usage rules or manage your services negligently.

2.4 - You are solely responsible, at your own cost, for creating backup and replacement copies of any Content you publish or store on the Site.

2.5 – The HITECH SITE website and web application are licensed by the owner of HITECH SITE, Công ty Cổ phần Giải Pháp Công Nghệ và Phần Mềm Phổ Tuệ, located at 128 Đường Bình Mỹ, xã Bình Mỹ, huyện Củ Chi, Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. This license is subject to the Terms of this policy.

2.6 – HITECH SITE may, subject to the terms of service, the contract or applicable law, terminate your account and your access to the websites, the HITECH SITE web applications and the Service; or remove or block access to any Member Site or any part of it; or to any user content, at any time. HITECH SITE bears no liability to you for exercising this right, and will not issue notice in each individual case.

2.7 – Websites or member sites created by Users may include notice boards, discussion areas, newsgroups, forums, communities, personal and commercial pages, calendars, e-cards and/or messaging or other communication facilities designed to let you or others communicate with the public or with a group (collectively, “Interactive Services”). You agree to use Interactive Services only to post, send and receive messages that comply with the Content Policy, these Terms and applicable law.

2.8 – Users are responsible for the content and the risk of transaction information and of communications exchanged with users of the member Website.

2.9 – You agree that no joint venture, partnership, brokerage relationship or any other form of association exists between you and HITECH SITE.

Article 3. User accounts and subdomains

3.1 – To use HITECH SITE’s services, a user registers an access account and password. You are responsible for (1) keeping your account and access password secure; and (2) all activity that takes place on or through your access account.

3.2 – You understand and agree that HITECH SITE will create, issue and verify a digital identity (a “Digital Certificate”) for each user. That Digital Certificate is attached to each electronic document and to each accepted email notification. You agree that your Digital Certificate is a valid “electronic signature” that stands in place of your consent for the actions you take on the website, the Service and/or the HITECH SITE web application.

3.3 – If you discover unauthorized use of your password or account, you must notify us immediately so that the password can be changed promptly and your information protected. We may close your account at any time if necessary for information security reasons. We cannot and will not be liable for any loss, damage or other liability arising from your failure to comply with this provision or from unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 – Subdomain: As part of the HITECH SITE web application, users may use a subdomain free of charge for the purpose of hosting member websites (for example, [subdomain].hitechcloud.vn) (the “Subdomain”).

3.5 – You agree that all user subdomains are owned by HITECH SITE and cannot be transferred to a third party, and that HITECH SITE may, with or without cause, at its own discretion and without notice or liability to you or any third party, immediately terminate or suspend your account, login name and subdomain, and remove any content associated with your account and subdomain.

Article 4. Prohibited conduct when using the service

4.1 – You use the service to upload, publish, send, distribute or disseminate material that is pornographic, defamatory, abusive, harassing or threatening, or that infringes the legal rights of others (such as the rights of privacy and publicity).

4.2 – You use the service to upload, publish, send, distribute or disseminate any material intended to incite hatred against groups on the basis of race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, gender, age, or sexual/gender orientation.

4.3 – You use the service to upload, publish, send, distribute or disseminate any material that constitutes a direct threat of violence against any person or group of persons, particularly minors.

4.4 – You use the service to upload, publish, send, distribute or disseminate any material that impersonates, or is intended to impersonate, another person in a way that could deceive or mislead others.

4.5 – You use the service to upload, publish, send, distribute or disseminate any third-party file or material, in any form, that is protected by intellectual property law (or by rights of privacy and/or publicity), unless you own those rights or are licensed to use them. You may not disclose the private information of other individuals or organizations without the permission of the parties concerned.

4.6 – You use the service to host content that deliberately infringes a third party's intellectual property rights on any Member Site.

4.7 – You use the service to upload, publish, send, distribute or disseminate any file containing a virus, malware, malicious code, corrupted files, or any other software or similar program capable of harming the operation of another computer.

4.8 – You use the service to transmit spam and/or any form of viral marketing, multi-level marketing scheme and/or fraudulent scheme.

4.9 – You use the service to download, upload, publish, send, distribute or disseminate any file posted by another user of the HITECHSITE web applications or other Information Services, where you know or ought to know it is unlawful.

4.10 – You use the service to collect information about other people, including email addresses and postal addresses, without their consent.

4.11 – You upload, publish, send, distribute or disseminate any unauthorized private, confidential or personal information about other people.

4.12 – You upload, publish, send, distribute or disseminate any material used for unlawful purposes or to promote dangerous and illegal activities.

4.13 – You use the service to upload documents and files that HITECHSITE serves as content for your website created with the HITECHSITE web application.

4.14 – You commit fraud, or any of the acts set out in Article 4 of this Agreement, on HITECHSITE's affiliated websites or on those of any third party with which HITECHSITE cooperates in delivering the HITECHSITE service.

Article 5. Rights and obligations of HITECH SITE

5.1 – HITECHSITE may require users to remove information that breaches Article 4 once such information is identified.

5.2 – HITECHSITE has the right to immediately terminate or suspend your account, and/or delete your content, and/or report you to the competent authorities, with or without notice to you, when you breach any part of this Agreement.

5.3 – HITECHSITE is under no obligation to review any content posted, stored or uploaded by You or by any third party.

5.4 – HITECHSITE gives no warranty to any user as to the content on a member website, nor as to any agreements or transactions carried out on a member website or between HITECHSITE users.

5.5 – HITECHSITE has the right to remove, monitor, or edit any content posted or stored on a HITECHSITE Member Website or Web Application that violates the terms of use or applicable law, at any time and for any reason, without prior notice to you.

5.6 – HITECHSITE has the right to terminate your access to the Websites, Member Websites, and any or all Interactive Services, and to remove or disable access to any Member Website or your content, at any time, without notice, for any reason or no reason.

5.7 – HITECHSITE undertakes to keep confidential the information you provide to us or that we collect, and not to disclose it to any third party except where required by a competent state authority or where necessary to (a) enforce the terms of this Agreement, (b) detect or prevent fraud, security issues or technical problems, (c) respond to user support requests, or (d) protect the rights, property or safety of HITECHSITE, its users and the public.

5.8 – HITECHSITE is not liable in any form for information you provide to third parties when connecting to a Member Site, or for the third parties operating the Member Site, who may use the personal information you give them.

5.9 – HITECHSITE does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Interactive Service or Member Website. HITECHSITE has no legal liability for the Interactive Services, or for any act or consequence arising from your participation in any Interactive Service or your use of services on another Member Website.

5.10 – HITECHSITE is obliged to provide technical warranty support to you throughout the period of use. HITECHSITE does not warrant that the Website, Service, HITECHSITE web application, or any Member Websites will meet your requirements, or that their operation will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Article 6. Links to third-party websites

6.1 – The HITECHSITE website and web application and the Member Websites (including those on a HITECHSITE subdomain) may contain links to third-party sites, including links to Member Websites, text, embedded video, offers and software applications (including weather, exchange rate and chat widgets) (collectively, "Linked Sites").

6.2 – Linked sites are the property of the respective third parties and may be protected by intellectual property law and international treaties. The content of linked sites and the information of those third parties is outside HITECHSITE's control and is neither owned nor managed by HITECHSITE. HITECHSITE accepts no legal liability for the content of any linked site, including any risk, financial loss or loss of data that may arise from visiting a linked site.

6.3 – The HITECHSITE web application may rely on third parties to provide or complete certain functions and software applications. Choosing to use functions or software applications from a third-party provider may change the structure or appearance of the website. Users make those choices and are responsible for them, and are also responsible for the associated formalities with the third-party providers.

ARTICLE 7. CONTENT POLICY

The HITECHSITE website and services exist to help businesses, organizations and individuals create and grow a professional online presence. HITECHSITE respects your rights and does not seek to censor any text, images, data, information, video, music, graphics, messages or other items or data (collectively, “Content”) contained in what you publish on the website or on any Member Site. However, in order to keep allowing content to be published, HITECHSITE has established rules identifying certain categories of content that may not be hosted by HITECHSITE and/or created using the HITECHSITE web application, as set out in this policy (the “Content Policy”). These rules do not create any third-party rights and are enforceable only by HITECHSITE.

ARTICLE 8. USE AND STORAGE OF DATA

8.1 – Content posted to the Interactive Service may be subject to limits on copying, use, and/or distribution. HITECHSITE reserves the right to create and/or change limits on use and storage at any time, with or without notice. You are responsible for respecting those limits.

8.2 – You agree that HITECHSITE is not responsible for the loss of data or for any failure to store Content or to transmit any Content or Interactive Service maintained by HITECHSITE, and that you are solely responsible, at your own cost, for creating backups of and replacing any Content you upload to or store on the Website.

8.3 – HITECHSITE provides you with technical warranty support for the whole period of use. You agree that, before submitting a request for technical support or for website changes, you must back up all data as at the time of that technical support request.

8.4 – You agree that the unlimited storage space described in all HITECHSITE service packages is subject to a limit of no more than 100,000 files and directories per website. Any website exceeding this limit will be issued a warning of breach and will be suspended if you take no action to reduce the number of files and directories.

8.5 – You agree that the hosting provided for HITECHSITE websites and web applications is shared hosting, which may limit access speed or the number of simultaneous visitors and may result in interruptions to your website. Any website that exceeds these limits will be issued a breach notice and asked to move to a more suitable hosting arrangement, for example a Cloud Server or a dedicated server. You agree to pay the costs associated with that move.

ARTICLE 9. FREE AND PREMIUM SERVICES

The types and fee schedules of our Premium Services are described on the website and may be adjusted when changes occur.

HITECHSITE may temporarily change the fee schedule for Premium Services as part of a promotion at any time, and such changes take effect immediately once the promotion is published on HITECHSITE. Any change to the Premium Services fee schedule that is neither temporary nor promotional takes effect thirty (30) days after we notify you by publishing the change on HITECHSITE. Unless stated otherwise, all fees are in Vietnamese dong.

With Premium Service, you can upgrade to a higher-tier plan to meet your needs. An upgrade request is processed once you have paid the price difference in full. The plan change is recorded via a payment receipt or a bank transaction record.

With Premium Services, your website is provisioned and completed within a maximum of 05 business days, depending on the plan. In most cases your website is provisioned the same day, immediately after payment, although it initially contains sample content. Within the period stated, HITECHSITE will enter your content up to the volume included in your plan; the completion date also depends on when we receive that content from you.

So far as the law permits and its resources allow, HITECHSITE may provide one or more services to users free of charge, in whole or in part. You agree that on any free service you sign up for, HITECHSITE reserves the right to publish advertising, including but not limited to logos, banners, pop-ups, keywords and links to third-party websites, on the display surfaces of those free services.

You may stop using our Free Service at any time, although we will be sorry to see you go. HITECHSITE may also stop providing the Free Service to you, or impose new limits on our Service, at any time.

Article 10. Website trial run and acceptance

For HITECHSITE premium services, your website is trialled and accepted by you before it goes live. You agree to and will follow the trial and acceptance process set out below:

• HITECHSITE will send you an email — either from an automated system or from a member of staff — to confirm acceptance. Within 03 (three) days of receiving that email, you agree to respond or to confirm acceptance of the website. You also agree that if 03 (three) days pass from the time HITECHSITE sends the email without a response from you, the website is deemed accepted. HITECHSITE may, within its rights and obligations, notify you by phone or text message that an acceptance email has been sent, but this does not mean it will always do so. You acknowledge and agree that checking your email, including your spam folder, is your right and your responsibility in order to protect your interests;
• Once the website has been accepted, the formal trial run ends and you may run your website on your primary domain, if you have one.

ARTICLE 11. PAYMENT TERMS

11.1 – You are responsible for paying all fees and taxes applicable to the Premium Services on time using a valid payment method.

11.2 – Payment is made by credit card, prepaid card, debit card, PayPal or a financial institution account (each a “Payment Method”) for all charges on your HITECHSITE account. Your Payment Method is charged the applicable fees for the Premium Services you use on the day you click the “Order” button during checkout. Premium Services provided by HITECHSITE are billed on a recurring basis. You agree that HITECHSITE may automatically charge your Payment Method at the start of each billing period (or up to 30 days before your domain expires).
For example, if you choose a Premium Service on a 12-month plan, you will be invoiced every twelve (12) months on the date you clicked the "Order" button. In the case of domains, you may be invoiced approximately 30 days before your domain expires — this depends on the renewal terms of the domain Registrar, which are outside HITECHSITE's control.

11.3 – In all cases, you acknowledge and agree that any credit card, related billing and payment information you provide to HITECHSITE may be shared by HITECHSITE with companies acting on its behalf, such as payment processors and/or credit agencies, solely for the purpose of credit checking and processing payment so that HITECHSITE can serve you. Your payment terms depend on the Payment Method you select and may be determined by the agreement between you and the financial institution providing that Payment Method.

11.4 – You agree to pay HITECHSITE all charges incurred on your account for any Premium Service used. If your Payment Method fails or your account falls overdue, (a) you agree to pay all amounts owed to HITECHSITE on demand, and (b) HITECHSITE may, at its discretion, suspend or terminate your Premium Service or your HITECHSITE account, including deleting your Member Site from HITECHSITE.

Article 12. Cancellation and service termination policy

12.1 – Your membership of our Premium Services continues until you cancel it. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the agreed subscription period. Except as set out in the money-back guarantee, we do not refund unused time. This cancellation policy applies to all Premium Services except domain names; please see the “Domain Rules” for details.

12.2 – To cancel your Premium Service, please send an email to: hitechsite@photuesoftware. We will contact you to confirm before proceeding with the cancellation.

12.3 – HITECHSITE may suspend or terminate your use of the Service at any time if we find that you have breached the terms of service while using the HITECHSITE service .

12.4 – HITECHSITE will endeavor to give you advance notice of the suspension or termination of the Services by sending an email or placing a call through its contact center, where your service has expired or where a government body so requires.

12.5 – You remain responsible for all of your activity through the Services prior to termination, and for performing your obligations, including but not limited to paying all amounts you owe for your use of the Website or the Service and/or the HITECHSITE web application, prior to termination or discontinuing use of the Service.

12.6 – You agree to pay all costs and surcharges (including attorney fees) that HITECHSITE may incur in order to (1) collect amounts you owe under this Agreement or (2) pursue legal proceedings to resolve a dispute over your breach, should one occur.

12.7 – Where HITECHSITE unilaterally terminates a premium service through no fault of yours, we will refund the remaining credit balance after deducting credits already applied, such as promotional codes, discount vouchers and the like.

12.8 – Users are refunded the amount paid for HITECHSITE premium services, less taxes required under the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, domain registration and transfer fees, and the value of any credits already redeemed. If the value of the credits you have redeemed exceeds the price of the paid service, no refund will be issued.

ARTICLE 13. TAX

You are responsible for paying any taxes that may arise on your use of HITECHSITE's services. On request, you will promptly provide HITECHSITE with the relevant receipts and/or certificates as soon as reasonably practicable. To the extent HITECHSITE is required to collect such taxes, the applicable tax will be added to your billing account.

Article 14. Money-back guarantee policy

14.1 – HITECHSITE provides paid services to users. Most paid services include a money-back guarantee within 7 days of the website being created, excluding non-refundable charges.

14.2 – Where you request cancellation of the service for any reason, you may only receive a refund within 7 days of the website being created. HITECHSITE will not process refunds after that 7-day period.

14.3 – The 07-day money-back guarantee does NOT apply to payments for the following: purchase of a domain name, transfer of a domain to another registrar, bundled premium email services, or credits already redeemed such as promotional codes and vouchers. Users are refunded the amount paid for use of HITECHSITE services, less taxes required under the law of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, domain registration and transfer fees, and the value of any credits already redeemed. If the value of the credits you have redeemed exceeds the price of the paid service, no refund will be issued.
Refund timeframe and method:

• A refund is processed as soon as a valid request is received from you, and processing takes no more than 02 (two) business days;
• You must deliver the contract liquidation record to HITECHSITE before receiving the refund;
• Refunds will be issued using the same method you used to pay for your order — via Smartlink, PayPal, bank transfer, or in person at one of HITECHSITE Joint Stock Company's offices. For refunds made through HITECHSITE's third-party partners, you may be responsible for transfer fees;
• On request, you can collect the cash in person at our office.

ARTICLE 15. DOMAIN NAME TERMS

You are the lawful owner of the domain you register. You agree to pay us all taxes and fees associated with registering your domain. Where feasible, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you before your domain registration expires and to provide you with options for renewing it.

If HITECHSITE is unable to contact you using the information you provided, we are not liable for any loss of your domain name. HITECHSITE has the right to change domain registration pricing at any time. You may not refund or exchange your domain name once registration has been completed.

ARTICLE 16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All intellectual property rights in the website belong to Công ty Cổ Phần Giải Pháp Công Nghệ và Phần Mềm Phổ Tuệ or are lawfully licensed to it, and all lawful rights are reserved. Except with the consent of Công ty Cổ Phần Giải Pháp Công Nghệ và Phần Mềm Phổ Tuệ, Users may not use, copy, publish, reproduce, transmit or distribute in any form any part of the intellectual property rights in the products and services described in this agreement.

We hold all rights, including but not limited to copyright, brand, trade secret, trademark and other intellectual property rights, in the services on the website of HITECHSITE Joint Stock Company. Any use of our rights and property requires our prior written permission. Other than a written licence, we grant no licence of any kind, express or implied, for you to exercise those rights. Users therefore have no right to use our products for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.

The HITECHSITE logo on your website identifies it as built by Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC, and its presence guarantees that your website remains under warranty for the duration of the service. Conversely, if you remove the HITECHSITE logo without our approval, you agree that we are no longer obliged to provide warranty support for your website. However, if you are on HITECHSITE's highest premium service tier, you may ask us to remove the HITECHSITE logo from your website and still retain your warranty entitlement.

Article 17. Disclaimer of liability

17.1 – In all cases, HITECHSITE is not responsible for the equipment you use to access our website, whether access devices or transmission equipment. To use the service you must provide the machines and equipment needed to log in and transmit data, and you bear all responsibility and all costs arising from that use.

17.2 – HITECHSITE will not be liable for any act or omission of a third party, including but not limited to your financial institution, any payment system, any third-party service provider, any telecommunications provider, internet access points, data centers, computer equipment or software, or any mail or courier service, nor for any circumstance beyond HITECHSITE's control (including but not limited to fire, flood or other natural disaster, war, riot, strike, acts of civil or military authority, equipment failure, computer viruses, intrusion or attack by a third party, or interruption of electricity, telecommunications or other utility services).

17.3 – HITECHSITE does not guarantee the elimination of factors that may harm your use of the Service, including but not limited to: intentional harmful acts by third parties, or viruses. We do not guarantee that the Service will be provided free of any malfunction, error, or other disruption, if any.

17.4 – There may be factors beyond our control that cause a product defect. We will make reasonable efforts to fix product defects to the customer's satisfaction, and we are not liable to provide support or compensation to the customer for such risks or any resulting damages.

17.5 – You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Us harmless from any legal liability, proceedings, losses, and costs — including but not limited to court fees and attorney or consultant fees — arising from or related to resolving your breach in the course of using our products.

ARTICLE 19. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

Any issue arising during the use of this Service shall be promptly notified by the Parties and actively resolved through negotiation and mediation, on an equal and mutually beneficial basis. Where the dispute cannot be resolved through mediation, the Parties shall bring the dispute before a competent court in Vietnam

ARTICLE 20. NOTICE AND PROCEDURE FOR COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT COMPLAINTS

20.1 – If you believe that anything on the Site or the Services infringes intellectual property rights that you own or are licensed to use, you may submit a notice of that infringement to our Authorized Agent by following the instructions below.

20.2 – A written intellectual property infringement complaint must contain:

• The authorization document from the owner of the intellectual property object, appointing a representative to handle the infringement;
• Evidence proving and clearly identifying the intellectual property object infringed; state the member Website explicitly.
• Identify clearly the content alleged to be infringing, or to be the subject of infringing activity, that should be removed or disabled, and provide enough detail for us to locate that content;
• The complainant's contact details: telephone, address and email;
• A written undertaking from the complainant that the User's use of the intellectual property subject matter was not authorized by the intellectual property owner;
• A written undertaking that the information in the complaint is accurate, that the complainant is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the intellectual property right, and that the complainant accepts full responsibility for any false declaration.

20.3 – We will notify Users of an intellectual property infringement complaint by the following means: a general notice on the Website, or a written notice sent to the user by email or by registered mail.

20.4 – If a user account is found to violate intellectual property terms, following a notice submitted to HITECHSITE by a User, and the outcome confirms that you are in violation, then depending on the severity of the matter, HITECHSITE may restrict access to the Website and/or terminate the account of any User.

ARTICLE 21. REGULATIONS ON SERVICE RENEWAL

21.1 – You, or the service administrator you designate (for businesses and organizations), are responsible for actively monitoring the operational status and expiry dates of the products and/or services you have registered with HITECHSITE.

21.2 – A service is renewed only once HITECHSITE has received the service fee in full. Renewal is completed within 1 day of HITECHSITE receiving the full renewal fee.

21.3 – The Customer is responsible for contacting HITECHSITE and completing renewal and payment of service fees at least 10 days before the expiry date.

HITECHSITE cannot and will not be liable for, or compensate, any consequence or damage arising from your failure to comply with this requirement.

ARTICLE 22. CUSTOMER SUPPORT

22.1 – HITECHSITE is not responsible for responding to inquiries or complaints from third parties relating to your use of the service. HITECHSITE is likewise not responsible for responding to inquiries or complaints about third-party services that you use.

22.2 – HITECHSITE provides technical support services to your designated administrator in accordance with the support policy applicable to the Service.

22.3 – Before submitting a technical support request, you are responsible for backing up your data, attempting to fix the issue yourself, and checking technical, functional, and network connection issues, among others. 22.4 – You agree that modern websites today integrate many third-party tools. HITECHSITE is not responsible for resolving website errors caused by third-party tools; however, HITECHSITE will help you remove such tools from your website if you request it.

22.5 – Processing timeframes and support policy:

• Customer Support operates Monday to Friday, 08:30-12:00 and 13:00-17:00. These hours are referred to collectively as Business Hours.
• Outside Business Hours, HITECHSITE only receives your requests without processing them, except for technical faults attributable to HITECHSITE that leave the website inoperative.
• The processing time for a technical error that takes a website offline is a maximum of 2 business hours within Business Hours, unless the issue is a serious incident or a force majeure event that extends the resolution time. HITECHSITE will contact you to advise the specific timeframe.
• Other technical support and website completion requests carry no committed turnaround time. Depending on the website's functionality and the customer's specific requirements, HITECHSITE will analyze the request and confirm a completion date by email.
• You understand and agree that when contacting Customer Support, you must use the identification method agreed in the signed contract, typically a phone number or email address. If the identification does not match, we will still accept the request, but verifying the requester's identity will take longer.
