Colocation Service Terms

ARTICLE 1. SERVICES PROVIDED

1.1. Rack space

  • U-space: a minimum unit of 1U in a standard 42U/45U rack
  • Private rack: rent a full 42U/45U rack, a half rack (21U), or a private rack cabinet
  • Private cage or room: a separate area with its own access control
  • Operating temperature: 18–27°C; humidity: 40–60% RH per ASHRAE A1

1.2. Power supply

  • Commercial power: 220V/380V, 50 Hz
  • UPS: at least 15 minutes of backup, enough for the generator to start
  • Diesel generator: 72+ hours of continuous backup (fuel stored on site)
  • Dual PDUs per rack: keeps power available while one feed is under maintenance
  • Committed power: per the plan ordered (typically 3–5 kW/rack standard, up to 20 kW/rack Hi-Density)

1.3. Network connectivity

  • Base bandwidth: 100 Mbps (shared) or 1 Gbps / 10 Gbps (dedicated)
  • Cross-connect: direct connection to carriers, cloud providers and IXPs within the same DC
  • BGP routing: multi-homed IP transit for high reliability
  • IP addresses: /29 IPv4 (6 usable) up to /24; a free /48 IPv6 allocation
  • Unmetered bandwidth (within the commitment) or charged by GB actually used

1.4. Physical security

  • Access control: card + PIN + biometrics (fingerprint/face ID)
  • 24/7 CCTV cameras, 90-day storage
  • 24/7 on-site security
  • Mantrap / airlock at sensitive areas
  • Complete access logs; reports provided on request

ARTICLE 2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

2.1. Customer rights

  • 24/7 access to your own equipment with 1 hour's advance notice (or without notice in an emergency)
  • Hands and eyes (H&E) support from data center staff during business hours
  • Install and replace equipment freely within the space allocated to you
  • Request periodic environmental reports (temperature, humidity, voltage)

2.2. Customer obligations

  • Install registered equipment only; do not connect unauthorized equipment to the shared network or power systems
  • Comply with the data center's fire safety regulations
  • Do not move equipment without a security check
  • Insure your own equipment (the Company does not insure Customer equipment)
  • Give 7 days' notice before moving large equipment in or out

ARTICLE 3. SLA AND SERVICE CREDITS

ARTICLE 4. EQUIPMENT SAFETY AND PROTECTION POLICY

  • Fire safety: smoke detection and automatic suppression using FM-200/Novec 1230 gas (safe for electronic equipment)
  • Water protection: raised floor, water sensors and emergency drainage
  • Lightning and ESD (electrostatic discharge) protection
  • The Company is not liable for damage caused by natural disaster or physical attack beyond its control

ARTICLE 5. PAYMENT AND CONTRACT TERMINATION

  • Service fees are billed monthly, quarterly or annually, with a one-time setup fee
  • Contract cancellation: 30 days' notice (single rack) or 60 days' notice (private cage or room)
  • Equipment removal: must be completed within 30 days of the contract end date; after that the Company may refuse access
  • Overdue equipment storage fee: 200% of the monthly rack fee
