Cloud Storage Service Terms

ARTICLE 1. STORAGE SERVICE CATALOG

1.1. vStorage – general-purpose storage

vStorage is an integrated, general-purpose cloud storage platform designed for businesses and individuals:

• Unlimited storage capacity, expanding with actual demand
• S3-compatible API – integrates easily with common applications, frameworks and tools
• Stores any data type: application data, media, backups, logs and archives
• Versioning to restore to any point in time
• Lifecycle policy: automatically moves infrequently accessed data to a cheaper tier (cold/archive)

1.2. Backup Service

• Scheduled automatic backups: hourly, daily, weekly and monthly
• Backup for: physical servers, VMs, databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, SQL Server) and email
• Incremental backup: only changed data is backed up, saving bandwidth and cost
• Backup compression and encryption: AES-256; no one can access it, including the Company, without the key
• Automatic backup integrity checks (checksums); monthly DR drills depending on plan
• RPO: 1 hour (Pro plan); 4 hours (Standard plan); 24 hours (Basic plan)
• RTO: 4 hours (Pro plan); 8 hours (Standard plan); 24 hours (Basic plan)

1.3. Enterprise File Storage

• NFS v3/v4, SMB/CIFS and FTP/SFTP protocols – integrates with every operating system
• Active Directory / LDAP integration for user permission management
• Automatic snapshots: 256 snapshots per volume, retained for up to 365 days
• Quota management: capacity limits per user/project
• Thin provisioning: capacity provided flexibly, with nothing to buy up front

1.4. HA-NAS - high-performance, highly available storage

• Active-active or active-passive architecture with no single point of failure
• High IOPS: up to 500,000 IOPS with an NVMe SSD backend
• Bandwidth: up to 10 Gbps per volume
• Suited to: critical databases, ERP and financial transaction applications
• Synchronous replication to a second DC in the region (within 50 ms)

1.5. Cloud Object Storage

• Object storage with unlimited scale, suited to big data and AI/ML datasets
• Multi-region: data is replicated automatically to 3 or more geographic regions
• Data durability: 99.999999999% (eleven nines)
• Integrated CDN: low-latency global delivery of static content
• Pre-signed URLs, ACLs and bucket policies for flexible access control

1.6. Cloud File Storage

• A shared filesystem for cloud-native applications
• Automatic scaling with no downtime
• NFSv4.1 protocol with full POSIX support
• Mount simultaneously on multiple VMs or instances without interference

ARTICLE 2. DATA POLICY

2.1. Data ownership

• The customer retains full ownership of stored data; the Company holds no rights over the content
• The Company does not read, analyze or use Customer data in any form
• Data is never used for advertising or for training AI

2.2. Data encryption

• Encryption in transit: TLS 1.3 for all API and web connections
• Encryption at rest: AES-256-GCM, server-side (SSE) or client-side (CSE)
• Encryption keys: managed by the Company (SSE-S3), by the Customer (SSE-C), or the AWS KMS equivalent

2.3. Data deletion policy

• Deletion on request: carried out within 30 days of the request and irreversible
• After service cancellation: data is securely erased to DoD 5220.22-M within 60 days
• Permanent deletion: the Company issues a data destruction certificate on request

ARTICLE 4. USAGE LIMITS

• No storage of unlawful content: CSAM, large-scale copyright infringement or malware
• Do not use it as a distribution point for malware, ransomware or crypto mining software
• Not to be used for large-scale email spam distribution
• The customer is responsible for the content stored and must indemnify any damage caused

ARTICLE 5. PAYMENT

• Billing model: pay-as-you-go (by GB actually stored + egress traffic)
• Monthly invoice itemized by service and region
• Free egress within Vietnam; international egress is charged
• Committed use: 20–40% cheaper than pay-as-you-go
