The new Policy takes effect from the moment it is posted on hitechcloud.vn or photuesoftware.com, and becomes effective immediately for all Customers using our services. The effective date is shown as the last-updated date noted at the top of this page.

B. Payment Security Policy

Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC takes the security of customer information seriously when payments are made on our systems. You may not use any program, tool or method to interfere with the system or alter its data structures. Any individual or organization that interferes with, damages or gains unauthorized access to system data will be subject to all sanctions provided for by law.

All transaction information is kept confidential except where disclosure is required by a competent State authority.

The policy for international and domestic card payments (internet banking) complies with the security standards of the following Payment Gateway Partners:

– Customer financial information is protected throughout the transaction using the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol.

– 128-bit encryption standard.

– Information security principles and regulations for the banking and finance sector as prescribed by the State Bank of Vietnam.

The payment transaction security policy of matbao.net that applies to customers:

– Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC provides a token storage facility – it stores only the encrypted string supplied to Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC by the Payment Gateway Partner. Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC does not directly store customer card information. Security of the Customer's payment card information is handled by the licensed Payment Gateway Partner.

– For international cards: the Customer's payment card details that could be used to initiate a transaction are not stored on our systems. The Payment Gateway Partner stores and secures them.

– For domestic cards (internet banking), Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC stores only the order number, transaction ID, and bank name.

C. Information security principles of Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC

We take care to build privacy principles that work for everyone. That matters particularly so that you can use Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC services without worrying that your privacy or your confidential information will be exposed. These security principles are the reference point that guides how we maintain Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC's reputation and shapes how we work to keep your data private, safe and secure.

We do, however, undertake to apply appropriate personal data and payment security measures rigorously across all registration, service use and payment activity carried out on the hitechcloud.vn and photuesoftware.com e-commerce platforms.

5. Lead by example to advance online security practice for everyone

Protecting the information of those who use the products and services of Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC, and of visitors to our systems generally, is not the responsibility of Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC alone but of the whole Internet. We therefore respect your information and condemn any misuse of user information for improper purposes.

D. Policy effective date

This privacy policy applies to all services provided by Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC. It does not apply to services that have their own separate privacy policies not incorporated into this policy.

This Policy takes effect from the time you begin using the service posted on Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC's system, and automatically terminates once there is no longer any cooperative or business activity between you and us, and/or once you and we terminate the agreed service term.

E. Confidentiality commitment

We will protect your personal information using security measures appropriate to the sensitivity of that information, preventing unauthorized access to, disclosure, modification or use of it.

1. Information security commitment

Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC undertakes to keep customer information confidential in accordance with the Information Security Policy, except where information is disclosed in the cases set out in Section IV, Disclosure of personal information, of this policy. We undertake to use your information solely for the purpose of carrying out the work agreed between us and you, and not to disclose it to any other third party, except disclosure:

(i) to its employees who need to know the Confidential Information in order to carry out work between the two parties;

(ii) at the request of a competent state authority, on the condition that we will endeavor to notify you of the disclosure of the Confidential Information to the extent we are permitted to give such notice.

2. Payment security commitment

Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC undertakes to apply rigorously the security measures required for every payment made on the e-commerce websites hitechcloud.vn and photuesoftware.com.

Card payment processing is provided by payment gateway partners (“Payment Gateway Partners”) licensed to operate lawfully in Vietnam. Accordingly, the card payment security standards at hitechcloud.vn comply with industry security standards.

G. Governing law

This policy is published at hitechcloud.vn and binds both you and us in the same way as the contracts, annexes and other related documents used by Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC.

The application, interpretation, and enforcement of this Policy shall be governed by the laws of Vietnam.

If one or more clauses of this Policy conflict with legal requirements and are declared invalid by a court, that clause shall be void and deemed not to be part of this Policy, while the remaining provisions of this Policy shall remain in full effect.

While you are using Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC services, any dispute or complaint arising in connection with this Policy — including anything relating to its formation, performance or the time at which it applies — will be resolved through negotiation and conciliation between you and Pho Tue SoftWare Solutions JSC. If negotiation and conciliation do not achieve a resolution, the dispute or complaint will be referred to the competent People's Court.
