Notice of service suspension for domain names with incomplete registration records under Decree No. 147/2024/ND-CP

Dear Valued Customers and Partners,

Pho Tue Software Solutions JSC would like to notify all customers using domain name services (both national and international domain names) across the brands and member companies of Pho Tue Software Solutions JSC.

Under Government Decree 147/2024/NĐ-CP, effective 25 December 2024, domains without registration records must be suspended. Pho Tue SoftWare Solution JSC has sent detailed notification emails to customers with instructions on supplementing their domain registration records under the new regulation, on02/01/2025, date06/01/2025and date09/01/2025.

Pho Tue SoftWare Solution JSC is required to suspend service for all domains with incomplete registration records from 08:00 on 20 January 2025.

You should therefore complete your registration records promptly and work with Pho Tue SoftWare Solution JSC to ensure that your domain is not suspended and that your operations are not disrupted.

Note: when a domain is suspended, the website, email and other services running on your domain will be interrupted, and reactivating the domain takes considerable time.
